Asbestos Abatement

VCI was one of the first companies to be licensed as an Asbestos Abatement Contractor by the Minnesota Department of Health. Since then, VCI has maintained licensing in the northern midwestern states of IL, MN, WI, ND, SD, IA, and MI. For past contract opportunities, VCI has also obtained licensing in farther away states such as Georgia, and North Carolina.

Our company strictly maintains adherence to all industry regulations set forth by the Federal EPA, OSHA, and every state we work in. All VCI personnel are legally qualified and uphold individual licensing via annual training, and many of our personnel are certified to perform air-monitoring. Our competency speaks for itself by the fact that VCI currently holds Asbestos Abatement Contractor agreements with The State of Minnesota DOA, The State of Wisconsin DOA, City of Minneapolis, City of Sioux Falls SD, The University of Minnesota, and Fairview Health. VCI is also a Minnesota Dept. of Transportation (MnDOT) approved 19.2 and 9.5 Asbestos Abatement contractor via the agency's Prequalification Program.

VCI's estimating and management roster includes the kind of industry expertise that only decades of hands-on experience can provide. To further serve our clients, our team is also equipped with 2 MDH licensed Asbestos Inspectors, one of whom is also licensed as an inspector in the state of WI. Over the years, VCI has worked closely with building owners, developers, general contractors, architects/consultants, and project designers to serve clients in successful project completion with our quality, safety- critical, cost-efficient, and timely asbestos abatement services.
